Custom, Personal and Bulk Orders

DFG is committed to ensuring all of our clients and customers receive high-quality products and services. As such, we offer the services of customizing, personalizing products as well as discounts on bulk orders. Pricing and other details are below:

1. There is a base charge for all items being personalized/customized which is the price listed on the DFG website. (For example adding your name to a pair of gloves will be the price of the gloves in addition to the personalization surcharge)

2. There will be a surcharge of $10 for personalization of existing design/product. (ie, adding a name to or changing the color or fit of an already existing DFG design/product)

3. There will be a surcharge of $30 for customization of existing products. (ie, putting your own art or creating a new design for a rash guard, hoodie or other product). Customer will be responsible for any additional fees/charges needed to used licensed/non-domain images; said charges will be explicitly communicated to customer prior to purchase/charge.

4. Creating a completely new/custom product will be handled on an individual basis and priced as such. A thorough and detailed description of the product is required for an accurate quote. An estimated delivery time will provided with quote, to be applied to date of purchase.

5. Once the initial mockup has been created each customer will have three separate interactions/opportunities to make edits, changes and adjustments. If more edits/changes are requested there will be an additional $5 surcharge per interaction. 

6. Prior to the creation of mockups, a 50% deposit is required for personalized/customized orders.

7. DFG offers the option to use your gym or academy's logo at no additional cost. A release form will be provided, by request, to the customer to then be signed by gym or academy owner. This form must be signed and returned to DFG prior to purchase and/or production of any product containing gym or academy logos.
